We offer a 7-days free return (from received date) for defective products. Please email to us for a product return with your order number and provide us a description with photo of the damaged/ defective item.

We will deliver you the replacement product once it is confirmed and approved. In the event that you do not wish to have a replacement, the refunds will be made in 10-15 business days from the receipt date.
